Once you've chosen your pattern and fabric, it's time to bring your vision to life! Place the order and receive a confirmation. Our printing process will be completed within 4-5 days, after which your unique creation will be shipped to your doorstep and arrive in 1-5 days!

Digital pigment printing is an excellent choice for creating vibrant and stunning designs on a variety of fabrics. However, we have taken it a step further. With EcoFabricPrint® certification, we guarantee that your prints are vivid, durable and environmentally friendly.

  • Low water usage

    Water consumption is minimised to the greatest extent possible within the production process. Only small quantities of water are used to wash the production belt, leading to a remarkable 95% increase in production efficiency compared to conventional printing techniques.

  • Minimised textile waste

    We prioritise sustainability by adopting a print-on-demand approach. This means we only produce the exact quantity of materials ordered by the customer, thereby eliminating excess production and the need for maintaining large stocks of fabrics. By reducing textile waste, we contribute to a cleaner and more efficient production cycle.

  • Eco-friendly water-based inks

What are the shipping and delivery times?

We process all orders within 4-5 business days and ship them using the DPD Home Delivery service. Depending on its destination, your package is expected to arrive within 1 to 5 business days after it has been sent. For more information on the subject, click here.

How can I track my package?

To track your package, you need to wait for it to be shipped. Once it is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can then use this tracking number to track your package on DPD's website.

What if my order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery time?

What should I do if I've received an incorrect item with my order?

You can return it for free. Just contact us at support@fabricwanderland.com or through the contact form, and we'll provide you with further instructions.

What should I do if my product is damaged?

Please take a picture of the damages and send it to us at support@fabricwanderland.com immediately. Note that we can only replace damaged items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Furthermore, if you notice any damages to your parcel at the time of delivery, please take a picture of it before opening the package.

Can I return my order?

As the fabrics are printed and cut to meet individualised needs, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item or if you happen to receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at support@fabricwanderland.com or through the contact form and we'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
